Employees Terms & Conditions 

Welcome to SOU NARMADA DARSHAN! We value our employees and believe in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Please read the following terms and conditions that outline the expectations and responsibilities of our valued team members:

1. Daily Wages: Employees will receive 50% payment as daily wages per day.

2. Uniform and Appearance: Tour guides are required to maintain a professional appearance and wear the ID Card, designated uniform provided by SOU NARMADA DARSHAN while on duty.

3. Communication Skills: Good communication skills are mandatory for effective interaction with visitors.

4. Destination Knowledge: Employees should have a good understanding of all the destinations covered in our tours.

5. Qualification: Minimum qualification required is 12th pass.

6. Age Limit: Employees must be 18 years or older.

7. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is required.

8. Confidentiality: Employees must not misuse our business identifications or disclose confidential information.

9. Visitor Feedback: Employees are responsible for taking feedback and complaints from visitors.

10. Reporting: Guides are expected to provide regular reports on tour activities to the management is mandatory.

11. Punctuality: Employees are expected to reach the management office on time.

12. Time Management: Employees should manage time efficiently, especially at tourist destinations where limited time is available to cover various places.

13. Availability: Guides must be reachable during working hours to receive management calls and updates.

14. Photo Requirement: It is compulsory to click at least one photo with our visitors.

15. Termination: SOU NARMADA DARSHAN reserves the right to terminate the employment of any tour guide for violations of these terms and conditions, misconduct, or other justifiable reasons, subject to the terms of the employment agreement.
